a worldwide floorcoverings and fabrics company, today announced the pricing of
its public offering of 5,000,000 shares of Class A Common Stock at $14.65 per
share. The company also has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up
to an additional 750,000 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-
allotments, if any. The company expects net proceeds of approximately
$68.5 million from the offering (assuming the underwriters do not exercise
their over-allotment option) and intends to use the net proceeds to repay some
of its outstanding debt and may use a portion of such proceeds for general
corporate purposes.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the sole book-runner for the offering and
is joint lead manager with Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Stifel, Nicolaus
