(Nasdaq: IFSIA), a worldwide floorcoverings company, today completed the
previously-announced redemption of all of its outstanding 7.3% Senior Notes.
The Notes, which originally were scheduled to mature on April 1, 2008, were
redeemed at a price of 101.352% of par value, plus accrued interest. The
aggregate principal amount of the Notes redeemed was $72 million.
