Interface Enters into Distribution Arrangement with the Bravo Network

ATLANTA, June 9, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --Interface, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFSIA) (the "Company"), a worldwide floorcoverings company and global leader in sustainability, today announced an arrangement with a new distribution channel, the Bravo Network. Under this arrangement, the Bravo Network will offer an exclusive collection of the Company's carpet tile products that will include 10 distinct styles, in over 50 colorways, created by designer David Oakey.

The new collection sold through the Bravo Network will target the industry's "Main Street" sector in the U.S., comprised primarily of commercial customers purchasing non-specified products through flooring retail stores. All of the products in the collection will be commercially rated and will include post-consumer recycled content. Interface will continue to sell its other products through its existing distribution channels.

The Bravo Network, which is comprised of 13 independent flooring distributors, provides distribution logistics throughout the United States. Its network includes warehouses, delivery fleets, and sales and professional staff.
