Interface Announces Early Redemption of Remaining $220 Million of its 7 5/8% Senior Notes

ATLANTA, Oct. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Interface, Inc. (Nasdaq: TILE) (the "Company"), a worldwide floorcoverings company and global leader in sustainability, today announced that it has elected to redeem the remaining $220 million in aggregate principal amount of its 7 5/8% Senior Notes due 2018 (the "Notes") that have not previously been called for redemption.  The redemption price for these $220 million of Notes will be equal to 103.813% of the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed, plus accrued interest to the expected redemption date of December 1, 2014.  An aggregate of approximately $236.8 million, which includes interest that will accrue by the redemption date, will be required to redeem these Notes.  U.S. Bank National Association, trustee in respect of the Notes, is processing the transmittal of the redemption notice to the holders of the Notes that will be redeemed.

The Company previously had announced the redemption of $27.5 million aggregate principal amount of outstanding Notes.  That redemption, which is separate from the redemption announced today, is expected to be completed on November 26, 2014.

The redemptions are expected to be funded through a combination of term loan and revolving borrowings under the Company's credit facility, and cash on hand.
